What is peer coaching?
Peer coaching is a genuinely supportive virtuous feedback loop between participants. Every week a small group listens to one member present their personal "case", while members provide feedback in a structured 70 minute process developed by Theory U. The case can include a challenge, question or personal development related to your business or project. The process enhances presence & constructive feedback. Over the course of several weeks every member will have a turn in presenting & receiving support.
We will have very brief introductions & check-in. Then one person will present their project “case”, a challenge or question they wish to focus on and receive support (see case clinic tool).

There is still room for another person, if you are interested.
No commitment is required to present your case initially or commit for the series, in which each person will have a turn presenting.

“The first gathering I attended I observed and didn't say much but then when others contributed I relaxed and saw that it actually was an easy & accessible process. I got a lot out of it.....internally and for the business. The subtle things that arose and clicked were the most profound.
I recommend it for anyone in business who is looking to find the small shifts in their thinking and feelings that are inside, but just haven't found there way out or haven't had there voices heard amongst the busy-ness of surviving. I experienced benefit and nourishment as both the support team and as a presenter.”
